KJ Commercial LLC is a licensed New Jersey general contractor based in North Bergen, working across Hudson and Bergen County since 2019. We handle everything from a homeowner's kitchen renovation to ongoing maintenance and capital work for condo associations, co-ops, HOAs and multifamily buildings — the same licensed crew and the same written pricing either way.

Most of what makes a renovation go badly is not craftsmanship. It is coordination: the trade that did not show, the material nobody ordered, the inspection nobody scheduled, the change order that appeared after the work was already done. We run projects with our own foreman-led crew and one point of contact specifically so those gaps have an owner.

A large share of our work happens inside managed buildings, which is a different discipline from working in a single-family house. Certificates of insurance naming the association and the managing agent. Board approval packages. Freight elevator reservations and protection pads. Restricted work hours and resident notices. We treat that paperwork as part of the job rather than an obstacle, which is the main reason property managers keep calling us back.
